This notice explains what ioconsul.com collects when you visit, why, and how you stay in control of it. It applies to this website only.

What is collected
Nothing is tracked unless you click Accept in the cookie banner. If you accept, Google Analytics 4 records:
- pages viewed and how you interact with them (scrolling, clicks on links and buttons), referring site, and time on the site
- approximate location (country and city), device type, browser, and screen size
- a random identifier stored in a cookie, so repeat visits can be counted
Google Analytics does not log or store IP addresses for EU visitors. Google signals and advertising features are turned off, and the data is not used for ads.
If you email me, I use your message and address only to reply and to carry out the work you ask for.

Legal basis and retention
Analytics runs only on your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). Analytics data is kept for 2 months and then deleted automatically.
Who receives the data
Google Ireland Limited processes the analytics data on my behalf. Google may transfer it to the United States under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You can withdraw consent at any time in . Rejecting removes the Google Analytics cookies from your browser. You can also ask to access, correct, or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to info@ioconsul.com.
You have the right to complain to the Albanian Commissioner for the Right to Information and Personal Data Protection, or to the data protection authority in your EU country.
